Lyft names Michael Brous chief financial officer effective Sept. 28, with Erin Brewer retiring and serving in an advisory role through Dec. 15 to support the transition. The company says Brous has held senior leadership roles, including heading LUS overseeing micromobility operations with more than 195,000 bikes across 55 systems. Lyft credits Brewer’s tenure since 2023 with GAAP profitability, over $2 billion in free cash flow, and consistent profitable growth.
