Lufthansa Technik and Emirates Extend A380 Base Maintenance Deal Through 2030

Lufthansa Technik and Emirates extended their multi-year agreement for base maintenance of the Emirates Airbus A380 fleet. Under the new contract, Lufthansa Technik Philippines will carry out heavy checks for Emirates through 2030 at its Manila facility, using two dedicated maintenance lines, with more than 30 A380 checks already completed. Kai Roepke will succeed Soeren Stark on February 1, 2027.
