Lowe’s Foundation Launches Building Futures Skilled Trades Coalition With Bank of America
Facing a U.S. skilled trades labor shortage, the Lowe’s Foundation launched the Building Futures Skilled Trades Coalition to train and develop 1 million people for skilled trades careers by 2035. With 75+ educators, businesses, workforce groups and corporate leaders, including Bank of America, it aims to scale proven training approaches and measure progress across trades nationwide.
