Lowe’s CEO Marvin Ellison said AI is changing work and that skills gaps in manufacturing and construction are acute. Lowe’s Foundation launched the Building Futures Skilled Trades Coalition, a cross-sector effort aimed at training and developing one million people for skilled trades careers by 2035, citing projections of large future job shortages.
