Lodha Developers plans to sell 150 acres at its data centre park in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region over the next 3-4 years for nearly Rs 10,000 crore, expecting about Rs 60 crore per acre. The company targets 20% annual net profit growth to Rs 4,100 crore this fiscal year and reported its best-ever quarterly profit, with June-quarter profit doubling to Rs 1,373.1 crore.
