Lockheed Martin Looks to Co-Produce Javelin in India With Tata
Lockheed Martin, via the Javelin Joint Venture with RTX, signed a memorandum of understanding with Tata Advanced Systems to explore co-production of the Javelin AUR in India. Tata will serve as the JV prime partner, with sub-assembly kits made in Lockheed Martin’s Troy, Alabama facility and guidance electronics built at RTX’s Tucson, Arizona site for shipment to India for integration, aiming to boost capacity, resilience, and faster readiness in the Indo-Pacific.
