Lloyds Banking Group issued two U.S. dollar-denominated senior callable fixed-to-fixed rate note series on August 17, 2026: $1.25 billion due 2032 with a 5.203% coupon resetting after August 17, 2031, and $1.25 billion due 2037 with a 5.696% coupon.
