Live Nation has named its long-planned 3,000-capacity Singapore venue Grange House and now expects it to open by mid-2027, pushing back from earlier 2026 schedules after repeated delays. The company said Lendlease attributed the timeline changes to site complications and COVID-19 related manpower shortages and higher construction costs, with Live Nation taking on construction responsibilities. A walkway to 313@Somerset will include art and temporary activations.
