Li Auto said it will inject 2.65 billion yuan into Sunwoda Power Battery Technology by subscribing for a capital increase that adds 1.3995 billion yuan of registered capital. The move grants Li Auto an 8.79% direct stake (11.17% combined) and raises Sunwoda’s registered capital to 15.915 billion yuan. Sunwoda retains operational control, keeping the unit in its consolidated statements.
