LG is developing a next-generation bipedal humanoid robot with Nvidia, using the Isaac GR00T foundation model, Jetson Thor onboard computing, and Nvidia Halos safety systems, with a robot data factory built on LG CNS PhysicalWorks. The firms also plan to deploy LG’s CLOiD wheel-based robot at a Tennessee washing machine line and use Nvidia DSX to create AI factory reference sites under an Aug. 14 MOU.
