LG Electronics Canada has leased 984,176 square feet in King Jane Business Park in King City, Ont., across two buildings, relocating and expanding its Canadian distribution footprint. The deal is expected to add more than 280,000 square feet to LG’s GTA presence and support supply-chain operations across Canada. The park’s buildings are expected to pursue Zero Carbon Building-Design Certification.
