Lexington Files Complaint Against Kentucky American Water Over Construction Practices
Lexington filed a complaint against Kentucky American Water, alleging its construction work in LFUCG rights-of-way over two years has been unreasonable, leading to inadequate service for Fayette County residents. The city says the work disrupted commerce and traffic and damaged public and personal property across several streets in Lexington, and that the company has refused to address repeated concerns.
