Larsen & Toubro said it won a contract worth up to Rs 15,000 crore to build an AI factory in Chennai for US-based Together AI, using Nvidia B300 chips. The deal follows a Rs 5,000 crore five-year electronics investment plan as L&T expands into semiconductors and rare-earth magnets. The company expects the addressable market to rise to $4.85B by 2031.
