Labcorp Launches FDA-Approved PTEN Companion Diagnostic for Prostate Cancer

Labcorp says the VENTANA PTEN (SP218) RxDx Assay is now available nationwide through its laboratory network. The FDA-approved immunohistochemistry companion diagnostic detects PTEN protein loss in prostate adenocarcinoma tissue to support personalized treatment decisions. Labcorp also worked in Roche’s early access program to prepare labs for day-one readiness.
