L3Harris to Deliver Wraith Shield Drone Defense for U.S. Navy

L3Harris says it has introduced Wraith Shield software that uses radios as sensors to detect and counter small drones. The system can integrate with VAMPIRE and the company’s Drone Guardian to form a layered counter-uncrewed-systems architecture. L3Harris will deliver counter-drone systems to the U.S. Navy, adapting them for littoral operations and maritime environmental conditions, and it is also providing VAMPIRE systems to the U.S. Army.
