Kuantum Papers shareholders approved a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (250%) for FY26 at the company’s 29th AGM on August 27, 2026, with 68.44% voting participation. The meeting also passed resolutions adopting financial statements and re-appointing Pavan Khaitan as Vice Chairman and Managing Director for three years effective April 1, 2027, along with ratifying cost auditor remuneration and appointing cost auditors for FY27.
