Kroger Remodels Martinsville Store With Gas Discount for Loyalty Members

Kroger celebrates a $1.9 million remodel of its Martinsville store, offering loyalty members 20 cents off per gallon on Sept 10-12 and giving the first 100 customers free soft drinks and snacks at a 9 a.m. Sept 10 event. The work is part of a $200 million Central Division investment across Indiana, Illinois, Missouri and Ohio, as the parent pursues buying Giant Eagle and closing about 60 stores nationwide from mid-2025 through 2026.
