Kroger Co. launched its 2026 Kroger Wellness Tour, a monthlong September effort bringing wellness events to participating Family of Stores on Fridays and Saturdays. Shoppers can try better-for-you samples, review OptUP Picks, and meet Kroger Health experts such as pharmacists and dietitians. Four mini-fests in Nashville, Houston, Phoenix and Salt Lake City will add nutrition education and family-friendly community programming.
