South Korean gaming giant Krafton is launching KIGI Academy with IIT Madras to train India’s next generation of game developers, aiming to expand its footprint in a fast-growing gaming market. The inaugural cohort will include 30 students, with 10 entering a residency phase; the first batch is expected to start in January 2027.
