Korean Air to Introduce Starlink Satellite In-Flight Free Wi‑Fi
Passengers on South Korea’s flag carriers are expected to get onboard Wi‑Fi, online games and video conferencing. Korean Air says it is running final checks on a Starlink-based in-flight Wi‑Fi system, the first satellite internet option of its kind by a South Korean airline. It currently charges about $20.95 for long-haul Wi‑Fi and plans to expand free service to all aircraft, starting with upgrades ahead of later integration with Asiana.
