Kobrea and BHP Metals Exploration will form a strategic alliance for generative and advanced exploration across the Western Malargüe Copper Projects in Mendoza, Argentina. BHP will fund at least US$5 million in exploration over an initial two-year project generation phase. Up to four projects may move into earn-in phases, leading to joint ventures with a 75% BHP and 25% Kobrea interest.
