Kier’s COO Louisa Finlay describes rolling out Microsoft Copilot through small peer-group prompt-a-thons to make employees comfortable asking questions. About 40% of colleagues use Microsoft 365 Copilot, while others use Teams Premium. Finlay applies it across Outlook, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint, and is developing tools to collect safety data and predict maintenance needs in facilities management.
