Kia will launch its concentrated new-graduate hiring drive for the second half of 2026 on the 15th, with the largest intake in three years. It will use a new South Korea auto-industry process to assess how applicants apply AI to analyze and solve tasks for human-AI collaboration across 30 divisions. Applications run to the 29th, with an AI-skills focused approach for roles spanning production, IT, planning, support and R&D.
