Kia PV5 Cargo electric vans enter Korea Post service with low sill height

Korea Post began using 200 custom Kia PV5 Cargo electric vans this month after a two-month co-design pilot with active mail carriers. The PV5 Cargo’s low loading-sill height is enabled by Kia’s E-GMP.S electric architecture that removes driveshaft and transmission tunnel components. The vans use CATL batteries with 150 kW DC fast charging, targeting depot-return urban routes.
