Kia reached a tentative 2026 wage and collective bargaining deal after its 12th main session at Kia AutoLand Gwangmyeong, with CEO Song Min-su and union representatives present. A union vote is set for the 28th. The package raises base pay by 100,000 won, adds large performance and quality bonuses, provides 47 shares and special points, and includes job security plus a 4 billion won community contribution.
