Keshav Management acquired the 127-key Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport, its first property within the Hyatt brand family. The Savannah, Georgia-based hospitality and asset manager bought the hotel from Innisfree Hotels in a deal facilitated by HREC Investment Advisors. The hotel sits on Pensacola International Airport grounds, connected by a covered walkway to the terminal and near I-10.
