KEC International shareholders approved a final dividend of ₹5.50 per equity share for FY26 and reappointed Managing Director Vimal Kejriwal at its 21st AGM on Aug 21, 2026. Promoters voted 100% and public institutions cast nearly 90% of eligible votes, but 26.77% of public institutions opposed a special resolution related to Mr. Goenka’s commission.
