AtkinsRéalis has appointed Justin Norman as managing director of its transportation business for the UK and Ireland, making his interim role permanent with immediate effect. Norman, a chartered engineer with over 20 years at the firm, leads more than 2,000 people across rail, highways, local transport and maritime.
