JPMorgan Chase plans to lease 41,000 square feet in The Tower at Hall Park, a new 16-story Class AAA office building in Frisco. The space is part of a $7 billion redevelopment of Hall Group’s 162-acre Frisco office park and is set to open in 2028, housing about 120 bankers from commercial banking, private bank, and select wealth management. Many employees will be new hires, some currently working at a local co-working site.
