JPMorgan Plans $750 Billion for Affordable Housing Over Next Decade
JPMorgan Chase will finance the construction or preservation of 1 million affordable housing units and support 500,000 consumers in buying homes. The firm says it will funnel $750 billion into housing over the next decade, nearly 40% more than its prior 10-year level, and will advocate for pro-growth housing policies, including by chairing the US Chamber of Commerce’s Housing Advisory Council.
