JPMorgan Chase is leasing 41,000 square feet in the new Tower at Hall Park to expand its banking teams for clients north of Dallas. The move is expected to add more than 100 employees, with 120 bankers relocating from early 2028. The office at 6605 Warren Parkway will serve private banking, commercial banking and select wealth management, with access to on-site amenities.
