Johnson Controls Arabia celebrated the Ghadi Training and Development Program with a hackathon where about 50 engineering students from the University of Jeddah presented 18 innovative projects across mechanical and industrial systems tracks. The first edition resulted in more than 60 graduates securing full-time roles at the company. A second edition was announced, and the program targets over 1,500 trainees by 2030 to support Saudi Vision 2030.
