Johnson & Johnson announced that Executive Vice President Jennifer Taubert will retire after more than 21 years, stepping down as Worldwide Chairman, Innovative Medicine. Tom Cavanaugh will join the Executive Committee and assume the role effective September 1, 2026, as the company cites a transition supporting continued innovation and progress on healthcare access and patient outcomes.
