JLL in Talks to Relocate Global Headquarters to Chicago Riverfront

JLL is in early talks to move its global headquarters to Boeing’s former corporate home at 100 N. Riverside on Chicago’s riverfront. Boeing would lease back 70,440 sq ft on floors 27–29 after a sale slated for November 2025. The firm is also assessing options as its Aon Center lease runs to May 2032 and Newmark takes over Aon Center property management from JLL.
