JLL acted as sole commercial advisor to Urban Partners on the sale of a prime logistics portfolio anchored by DSV. The assets include three properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Turku and Tampere (80,500 sq m), serving DSV’s main terminal and Finnish headquarters. The sites hold strong EPC and BREEAM In-Use Excellent ratings, with solar power on all assets and geothermal systems at two.
