JLL’s Capital Markets group advised Millennium Partners on $856M in total financing for Winthrop Center in Boston, including a $281M C-PACE loan for The Millennium Residences and a $575M securitized office loan for The Offices at Winthrop Center. The project comprises a global-recognized Passive House office tower and 317 luxury residences within a large mixed-use development.
