After follow-up steps, the low-cost carrier will launch as the integrated Jin Air on 17 March 2022. The merger is designed to combine route portfolios, fleets, networks and service quality, expand competitiveness at key hubs, and broaden customer schedule and route choices. Jin Air will unify Air Busan’s fleets and operations under Jin Air after securing the integrated AOC and building a safety system, using Air Busan Airbus A320, A321-200 and A331neo aircraft.
