Japan Airlines is expanding its vegetarian inflight dining programme with Torizen-supervised Asian Vegetarian Meals across much of its international network from September 1, 2026. The rollout builds on a June launch on Tokyo Narita–Delhi and Bengaluru routes, with JAL citing strong passenger demand and positive feedback. Torizen develops dishes aimed at Indian tastes using Japanese culinary techniques.
