ITC to attend Jefferies and J.P. Morgan investor conferences in September

ITC Limited said it will attend the Jefferies 5th India Forum on Sept 18 in Gurugram and the J.P. Morgan India Conference on Sept 21 in Mumbai. Its wholly owned subsidiary, ITC Infotech, approved buying a 22.106% stake in Happiest Minds Technologies via a share swap, targeting about 73.4% ownership; it will pay about ₹1,330 crore in cash, subject to CCI, SEBI, stock exchange and NCLT approvals.
