ITC Properties shifts Bermuda registered office and keeps Tricor as Hong Kong registrar

ITC Properties Group Limited announced a change to its Bermuda registered office address and principal share registrar and transfer office, effective 3 August 2026. The functions will move to Richmond House on Par-la-Ville Road in Hamilton. Tricor Investor Services Limited will continue as branch registrar in Hong Kong for share transfer registration, with no change indicated to listing status or shareholder rights.
