Investigators said two systems that could have slowed an Amazon Air flight before it crashed in Miami were not deployed. The NTSB reported it found no evidence from one black box that the Boeing 767’s speed brakes or thrust reversers were used before the plane left the runway and hit nearby vehicles, according to lead investigator Chihoon Shin.
