German semiconductor firm Infineon Technologies has leased 632,000 sq ft of office space in Bengaluru’s Whitefield, spanning the ground to ninth floors of Bagmane Solarium City. The 10-year deal, starting Dec 1, 2026, is priced at over ₹750 crore, with rent increasing 15% every three years and a ₹33.36 crore security deposit. An eight-month rent-free period applies.
