Infineon and Skeleton Technologies plan to co-develop power architectures for AI data centers, including next-generation solid-state transformers for medium-voltage AC to high-voltage DC using Infineon CoolSiC semiconductors and Skeleton conversion systems. They will also build GaN-based peak-shaving solutions pairing Skeleton supercapacitors with Infineon CoolGaN devices to improve power density and deliver more power efficiently.
