Indiana will receive at least $300M from a settlement with Meta resolving claims it knowingly built social-media features meant to addict children and teens. Attorney General Todd Rokita filed the agreement in the Indiana-led joint case with 47 states and four territories in federal court. Terms include overnight access limits and no weekday push notifications, with daily use capped at 60 minutes for 10 years if similar limits are adopted by other platforms.
