India Cements Limited published newspaper advertisements confirming dispatch of its postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for related party transactions worth Rs 9,820 crore with holding company UltraTech Cement for FY2026-27. The notice dated 31 March 2026 was sent by email for remote e-voting, covering sales of goods and services of Rs 1,259.25 crore and purchases of Rs 149.29 crore. The company also disclosed an NSE ESG rating of 59 for FY2025.
