Amgen reported positive results from its DeLLphi-305 phase III study of Imdelltra (tarlatamab) combined with AstraZeneca’s Imfinzi (durvalumab) for extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer. The regimen was tested as a first-line maintenance treatment versus Imfinzi alone in patients whose disease had not progressed after Imfinzi plus platinum chemotherapy and etoposide induction.
