Disney+ and Hulu are partnering with iHeartMedia to bring six popular podcasts to video, with releases starting Aug. 14 and more dropping through summer and fall. The lineup includes Hey Jonas! and live episodes connected to D23, plus Hulu streaming for Fake Doctors, Real Friends and other podcast shows. iHeartMedia’s CEO and Disney leadership describe it as an expansion of cross-platform audience engagement.
