IGNIS and Acciona have formed a joint venture to develop a data center in Segovia, Spain, with a solar photovoltaic plant planned alongside it to supply renewable power. Acciona acquired a 50% stake in the project company, IGNIS Data Epta, while IGNIS holds the remaining 50%.
