IBM signed a multi-year $240 million agreement with Together AI to deploy a large inference cluster on IBM Cloud using NVIDIA HGX B300 systems and Spectrum-X networking. The cluster is expected to be available in Q1 2027, supporting Together AI’s open-source model inference for enterprise customers on a scaled platform for real-time AI services.
