Hyundai to grow electrified lineup with Ioniq 3, India EV SUV and Ulsan EV plant

Hyundai expects 85% of European sales to be electrified by 2030 and will start Ioniq 3 sales in the region this month. In India, it plans a locally designed electric SUV launching in Q4 2026, targets 90% local content by 2030, and can produce 1.1 million vehicles annually. A new Ulsan EV facility will produce the Genesis GV90 as China shifts to locally designed models.
